2. 📚 Our Educational Programs.
2.1 Campus Philosophy.
Inspire Early Learning Journey offers the exclusive Montessori philosophy beautifully integrated into the Early Years Learning Framework within our campuses.
2.2 Education Approach & Philosophy.
Inspire Early learning Journey Montessori follows and embraces the Montessori philosophy which was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. The Montessori philosophy encourages each child to develop at their own pace within a safe, caring and structured environment.
The prepared environment will allow each child to explore, learn, grow and develop emotionally, intellectually, physically and psychologically. Teachers in a Montessori classrooms are Observers. A teacher introduces the learning materials to each child in her care based on the individual child’s ability and interest. After being introduced to learning materials, children are free to choose their own work. All Montessori materials and methods are carefully created to allow each child to progress at their own pace. Grace and courtesy lesson is also a big part in a Montessori environment where children will build the positive attitude towards life itself and mind set to be a respectful human being.

2.5 Healthy Eating & Nutrition.
At Inspire Early Learning Journey, we promote healthy eating for children through a child-centred approach to food preparation. Children actively participate in hands-on food experiences that build independence, confidence, and curiosity about nutrition. Our qualified onsite chefs prepare fresh, seasonal meals daily, supporting each child’s growth, wellbeing, and lifelong healthy eating habits.
What Are Progressive Mealtimes at Inspire?
Progressive mealtimes at Inspire are designed to be calm, nurturing, and truly child-led. Instead of every child eating at the same time, meals are offered in small, relaxed groups over a gentle window of time. This gives children the opportunity to eat when they feel hungry, ready, and interested — just as they naturally would at home.
And importantly, you never need to worry that your child won’t eat.
Our educators and teachers closely observe every child and support them throughout the entire mealtime window. If a child is deeply focused on play or simply doesn’t realise it’s time to eat, our team gently guides them to the table. No child is ever overlooked, forgotten, or left hungry.
Our trained educators ensure:
every child is invited to the meal
individual dietary needs and allergies are followed
safe, hygienic practices are maintained
children receive encouragement, support, and reassurance
mealtimes remain peaceful and positive
Progressive mealtimes help children develop healthy habits, independence, and confidence — all while being fully supported by the caring educators and teachers who know them best.
